Terms of Service

CareerForger is a tool that helps you track and manage your job search — including applications, interviews, tasks, and related notes. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you add and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

Core features are currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or features in the future; where we do, the applicable price, billing terms, and any renewal or cancellation details will be presented to you before you subscribe. Payments, if any, are handled by a third-party payment processor.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. CareerForger is a productivity tool and does not guarantee any particular job-search outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerForger and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
